Get started
A project is one website. Set it up in about a minute.
Start a project
Paste the address of the site you're building, live or staging. No live site yet? Upload the HTML file instead: a page, a prototype, or something your AI tool made.
- Click New project in the sidebar.
- Paste the site's URL. The project name fills itself in.
- Name the first page and click Create project. You land straight in the review screen.

Add the site you're building.
Collect feedback
Notes land exactly where they belong, on the real page, at the real size.
Pin feedback anywhere
Click a spot, type the note, done. Every pin remembers the page, the screen width, the device and the element under it, so nobody has to ask "where did you mean?"
- Pin Feedback mode: click anywhere on the page and write your note. Attach a screenshot or image if it helps.
- Drag to mark an area instead of a single spot.
- Free Spot keeps the pin where you clicked. Element attaches it to the button or heading under the cursor, so it follows the design when things move.
- Switch to Browse to click links and move around the site like a normal visitor.
Slow coffee, fast mornings
See it on every device
Switch between desktop, tablet and phone sizes in one click, or type any width. The page really reflows, so clients see (and pin) exactly what their customers will.
- Use the device buttons in the toolbar, or open the menu for exact models: iPhone 17 Pro, iPad Pro, MacBook Pro, Full HD and more.
- Turn on Show in device frame to put the page inside a real device, with Safari or Chrome bars.
- Rotate phones and tablets to landscape, right beside the device.
Slow coffee, fast mornings
Order beansEvery page of the site
Add as many pages as the site has: home, pricing, checkout, the 404. Each shows how much is still open, so you can see at a glance where the work is.
- Click Add page in the left panel and paste its link, or just Browse to it: new pages are added as you go.
- Switch pages from the panel, or from the page name at the top.
- Click a page's name to rename it.
- Site gone live? In the dashboard, open the project's ⋯ menu and choose Move to a new address. It moves every page from staging to the live domain, with all its feedback. Within the same site on any plan; to a new domain on Studio and Agency.
Review right on your own site
Staging on your own computer or network? Behind a login Roundable can't use? Want clients to test on their own phone? Add one line to the site and a small Roundable button appears for people who open your review link. Normal visitors never see it.
- In Share, open On your live or staging site and copy the line.
- Paste it into the site's
<head>. Webflow, Framer and WordPress all have a box for custom code. - Send the review link it gives you. Feedback lands in the same project.

Work through it
Every note has one clear next step, and everyone can see where it's at.
From open to done, in four steps
Each note moves through four statuses. The big button always shows the one obvious next move, so you never think about process.
- Open: the client left it. You click Start when you pick it up.
- In progress: you're on it. Click Ready to check when it's fixed.
- To check: your client gets an email and looks. They Approve it, or Reopen it with a reply.
- Resolved: done. Filter the list to Open, To check or everything.
Make the “Order beans” button stand out more on mobile.
Reply in the thread, live
Every note is a conversation. Replies, images and status changes appear for everyone at once, and you can see who else has the project open.
- Click a pin or a note in the list to open its thread. Reply with ⌘ Enter.
- Faces at the top show who's looking right now, and which page they're on.
- Emails go out when things go quiet: one tidy summary, never one per comment, and never while you're already looking.
Know when a round is done
When your client has said everything, they click Done reviewing. You get an email at once with how many notes came in, and you can start fixing without wondering if more is on the way.
- Your client clicks Done reviewing at the top right and can add a message.
- You're emailed straight away (with Slack, your channel hears too).
- The progress ring in the left panel shows how much of the round is finished.
Done reviewing?
We'll tell Acme Studio your 7 notes are in.
Upload HTML, compare before and after
Review pages that aren't live yet: upload an HTML file and clients pin on it like any page. Upload a new version whenever it changes; the feedback stays, and anyone can slide between the old and new versions.
- In Add page, pick the HTML file tab and choose the file.
- Changed it? Hover the page and click the upload arrow to add a new version.
- Click Compare (or "Left on an earlier version" in a note) and drag the handle.

Hand the fixes to AI
Every note already knows its page, element, section and screen width. Roundable turns the open feedback into a precise brief your AI tool can act on, then your AI reports back on each item.
- Copy for AI (bottom of the feedback list): paste the brief into ChatGPT, Claude or Cursor. Or download it as
FEEDBACK.md. - AI connection: connect Claude Code or Cursor once. Then just say “fix the open feedback on Acme”.
- Your AI changes the code and marks each note To check with a line on what it did, so your client can look.

Stay on top
One place for every client, every project, and what needs you next.
Your dashboard
Open Roundable and see what's waiting on you across every project, oldest first. No digging through emails.
- Waiting on you: notes where the client spoke last. Anything older than two days turns red.
- Projects: every site with its open work. Search, sort, or filter to “needs reply”.
- Activity: what happened today, grouped by project and note.
- Finished with a project? Archive it from its menu. It stays readable and frees a slot on your plan.
Keyboard shortcuts
Fly through a round without touching the mouse. Press ? in the review screen to see them all.
Team & agency
Run a whole studio on it: people, tasks, tools, and your own brand.
Bring your team in
Invite teammates to your workspace. Clients never take a seat; invite as many as you like through Share.
- Go to Settings → People, type their email and click Invite. They accept from the bell.
- On Agency, pick a role: Admin or Member, and which projects a member can open.
- Limit someone to chosen projects with the All projects button beside their name.
Assign notes, with due dates
Hand each note to the right person and give it a date. They're emailed, and it shows up in their My tasks, soonest due first.
- Open a note and click Assigned. Pick a teammate.
- Click Add due date: pick Today, Tomorrow, Friday, next Monday, or any day.
- Everyone checks My tasks in the sidebar. Overdue notes turn red.
Annual toggle doesn't work on iPad.
Slack and webhooks
Post new feedback, replies, status changes, assignments and finished rounds to a Slack channel. Or send them to your own tools as signed JSON webhooks.
- In Slack, add an Incoming Webhook to a channel and copy its URL.
- In Settings → Slack & webhooks, click Add, paste it, and pick what to send.
- Click Send test. You'll see “Roundable is connected” in the channel.
The shipping line under the price is hard to read.
All yours! 7 comments this round.
Client round reports
Send your client a tidy summary of the round: what's done, what's ready for them to check, and what's next. As a link, or saved as a PDF for the invoice.
- In Share, go to Client report and pick a period: since the last round, the last 7 or 30 days, or everything.
- Click Create report. The link is copied and opens in a new tab.
- Click Save as PDF on the report, or send the link. Turn it off any time.

- Settings → Workspace → Logo: upload a square logo and set your studio's name.
- Settings → Review domain: enter something like
feedback.youragency.comand add the two DNS records shown. - Click Check DNS. Once it's live, new client links and reports use your domain.
