In short: use Roundable for reviewing websites you're allowed to review, keep your account safe, pay for your plan, and we'll do our best to keep the service running well.
The agreement
These terms cover your use of roundable.app and the Roundable studio ("Roundable", "we", "us"). Roundable is operated by CV LAIN GROUP, Eastern Park B1, Indonesia. By creating an account or using a share link, you agree to them. If you use Roundable for a company, you confirm you can accept these terms on its behalf.
Your account
- Give accurate details and keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
- Accounts are personal: each teammate needs their own. An account can be signed in on two devices at a time; signing in on a third signs out the oldest.
- Workspace owners decide who joins their workspace and who gets a project's share link. Anyone with a share link can see and comment on that project, so share it carefully and reset it if needed.
Acceptable use
Only add websites and content you have the right to review. Don't use Roundable to:
- break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
- upload malware, or anything harmful, abusive or illegal;
- get around our security or limits, or use the page renderer as a general-purpose proxy;
- overload the service, or scrape it at scale.
We may suspend accounts or links that break these rules.
Your content
You own the feedback, images and other content you put into Roundable. You give us permission to host, process and display it only as needed to run the service for you. You're responsible for having the rights to the content and websites you add.
Plans, trials and billing
- Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Your purchase is also covered by Paddle's buyer terms.
- Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly as you choose at checkout, and renew automatically until you cancel. Yearly billing costs less than paying monthly, at the discount shown on our pricing.
- Prices are shown in US dollars. Paddle adds any sales tax or VAT that applies where you are.
- One free trial per person or business. We may start a workspace without a trial when a browser or network has already had one. Trials start once you confirm your email and end on the date shown in the app; if you don't choose a plan, projects become read-only.
- Plans include a number of active projects and people, shown on our pricing. A project reviews one website, set by its first page; on Studio and Agency you can move it to a new address, such as from staging to live. If you move to a plan with fewer projects, projects beyond it become read-only until you archive some or upgrade; nothing is deleted. Uploaded files count toward your plan's storage.
- You can cancel any time from the studio; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow our refund policy, including a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first payment, once per customer.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; the change applies from your next billing period. When we change our plans, existing subscribers keep the plan and price they signed up with while they stay subscribed.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Roundable fast and available, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve, change or remove features; if a change significantly affects paid features, we'll give reasonable notice.
Disclaimers and liability
Roundable is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using Roundable and delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend access for a serious breach of these terms. After closure, we delete your content as described in our privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
We'll update the date above when these terms change, and tell account holders about significant changes before they apply.
